1:1 Health Coaching Programme

​My 12 week 1:1 coaching programme is designed to help you understand what’s going on in your body and take simple, sustainable steps that support long-term change.

Across weekly coaching calls, I’ll support you to:

  • Understand your cycle and hormonal patterns more clearly

  • Identify what’s contributing to symptoms and imbalance

  • Build realistic habits that support your energy and mood

  • Reduce overwhelm and confusion around your health

  • Feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your body

 

I won't give you strict rules, perfect routines or plans. We'll work together so you can learn how your body works and build a way of living that actually supports it.

By the end of our work together, you’ll have clarity, confidence, and tools you can carry forward long after coaching ends.

Events Speaker

Looking for a speaker to educate and empower your audience on menstrual health and hormones?

​

I deliver engaging talks and workshops that help women understand their bodies, begin to remove the taboo around menstrual health, and walk away with practical tools they can actually use.

​

Topics include menstrual cycle awareness, hormone balance, PMS support, and holistic wellbeing, but can be tailored to suit your event.
